Limited support during the holidays

As shared in the December publisher newsletter, in observance of the year-end holiday season, we will provide limited Upload support coverage from December 23, 2008 through January 2, 2009. If you can't find answers to your questions in the FAQ's on Upload.com, you can always contact us through the Support form in your My Products page upon logging into your account. We will respond to your message as soon as we can. Our offices will resume our regular operating hours on Monday, January 5, 2009. Happy Holidays!

Screenshot uploads and edit billing info now live

As promised, you are now able to upload your own screenshots and icons through your My Products page. Please note that the number of screenshots that are published will vary according to your subscription level. In addition, you are now able to edit your billing information and manage your subscriptions more easily through your My Account page. If you are still having problems with your screenshots or are unable to edit your billing information, please email me at catherine.hwang@cbs.com. We recognize that we still have some outstanding issues, but your patience and understanding have been phenomenal and we thank you for your continued support!

As you may have noticed, the transition into the new Upload.com has encountered quite a number of issues that has impacted CNET Downloads in various ways. While we are excited to bring you this new site, fixing these bugs is our highest priority and we want you to know that our team is working around the clock to get everything back to order on CNET Downloads.
