Problem Accessing a File MessageA message may appear that says “There was a problem accessing a file on your system”. In order to install new software on any operating system, the end user needs to be logged in to the computer with full administrator privileges with write privileges to C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/. Verify that the user account belongs to the administrator group and have the end user try the activation again. If your end user continues to have problems, you should contact the Software User Support Center for assistance or contact support and we will be happy to look into the matter for you. |
