No Internet Connection MessageA “No Internet Connection Detected” message appears when there is either a problem connecting to the internet or the setting for the proxy is invalid. When communication fails (due to invalid proxy settings or the machine not being properly connected to the internet), the end user will be prompted to configure the proxy settings and/or check the internet connection. Note that if they are connected to the internet through a proxy, the ISP or System Administrator will have to be contacted to configure the proxy settings. If the end user clicks Cancel, the Proxy Error message will reappear. When the end user clicks Next, communication with the server will be attempted again with the machine properly connected to the internet or the new proxy settings that have been provided. If your end user continues to have problems, you should contact the Software User Support Center for assistance or contact support and we will be happy to look into the matter for you. |
