Communication Error Message

When a “Communication Error” message appears, the software may be having problems verifying the serial number because of a communication problem. This is most often due to a firewall program blocking the serial number verification process. If a firewall is running, please have the end user check the settings and try again. If problems continue, the firewall may have to be disabled momentarily while the software is activated.
